Warranty Coverage

UltimateSensor Mini v2 comes with a 2-year warranty from the date of purchase. You also have 14 days after receiving your order to change your mind: return the product in original condition and we refund the full purchase amount. Contact us through the Support Portal to start a return.

Covered

Manufacturing defects
Hardware component failures under normal use
Non-functional units on arrival
Issues with official firmware

Not Covered

Physical damage from drops or impacts
Water or moisture damage
Damage from improper installation
Modified hardware
Custom or third-party firmware issues
Yellowing or discoloration from sunlight
Normal wear and tear

Steps from our own guides do not count as modifications, such as clicking in an LD2460 or SPS30 module we sell for this sensor, or adopting the sensor in ESPHome for a temperature offset.

Product-Specific Notes

No Voice Hardware

UltimateSensor Mini v2 does not include microphone, speaker, media player or local wake word hardware. Missing voice entities are not a defect. If you have Mini v1, use the Mini v1 documentation.

Housing

The housing is 3D printed and can show visible layer lines. This is normal for the manufacturing process.

Avoid direct sunlight. UV exposure can discolor the housing and affect sensor readings.

Sensors

Sensor accuracy depends on placement, airflow, calibration and environmental conditions.
