The UltimateSensor v1 is an all-in-one room monitoring solution that combines advanced environmental sensors with mmWave radar technology. Monitor CO₂, temperature, humidity, light, VOCs, and particulate matter while detecting occupancy and tracking up to 3 people in customizable zones.

🔌 Connectivity Options
UltimateSensor v1 supports both WiFi and Ethernet (PoE):
- WiFi: Ships as default, easy setup via captive portal
- Ethernet: Requires firmware switch, provides stable connection + power via single cable

🏠 100% Local Operation
With local firmware, UltimateSensor v1 works entirely locally with Home Assistant. No cloud account, no subscriptions, no measurements leaving your network. The device only goes online for the firmware version check on GitHub Pages and for the time from an NTP server. Cloud firmware for the SmartHomeShop App is optional.
