The P1SplitterKit comes with a one-year warranty from the date of purchase.
What's Covered
- Manufacturing defects
- Hardware component failures under normal use
- Non-functional units on arrival (DOA)
What's Not Covered
- Physical damage from drops, impacts, or mishandling
- Water or moisture damage
- Damage from improper installation
- Damage from incorrect power supply (wrong voltage)
- Damage from cable strain or port abuse
- Normal wear and tear
- Cosmetic damage that doesn't affect functionality

Handcrafted Quality
Every P1SplitterKit is carefully assembled and tested:
- 3D-printed housing — Each enclosure is printed in-house
- Hand-soldered — All components are manually soldered
- Hand-tested — Every unit is individually tested before shipping
- Hand-folded packaging — Even our product boxes are folded by hand
- Dual quality control — Each unit passes inspection by two independent team members during assembly and before shipping

Protection Tips
- Keep away from moisture and liquids
- Avoid direct sunlight and heat sources
- Don't expose to extreme temperatures
- Install in a well-ventilated area
Environment
The device is suitable for:

- Utility rooms
- Indoor technical spaces
Not suitable for:
- Outdoor installation
- Humid environments
- Areas with condensation risk
