Warranty Coverage

The P1SplitterKit comes with a one-year warranty from the date of purchase.

What's Covered

  • Manufacturing defects
  • Hardware component failures under normal use
  • Non-functional units on arrival (DOA)

What's Not Covered

  • Physical damage from drops, impacts, or mishandling
  • Water or moisture damage
  • Damage from improper installation
  • Damage from incorrect power supply (wrong voltage)
  • Damage from cable strain or port abuse
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Cosmetic damage that doesn't affect functionality

Handcrafted Quality

Every P1SplitterKit is carefully assembled and tested:

  • 3D-printed housing — Each enclosure is printed in-house
  • Hand-soldered — All components are manually soldered
  • Hand-tested — Every unit is individually tested before shipping
  • Hand-folded packaging — Even our product boxes are folded by hand
  • Dual quality control — Each unit passes inspection by two independent team members during assembly and before shipping

Protection Tips

  • Keep away from moisture and liquids
  • Avoid direct sunlight and heat sources
  • Don't expose to extreme temperatures
  • Install in a well-ventilated area

Environment

The device is suitable for:

  • Meter cabinets
  • Utility rooms
  • Indoor technical spaces

Not suitable for:

  • Outdoor installation
  • Humid environments
  • Areas with condensation risk
