UltimateSensor Mini v1 is supported through the SmartHomeShop support portal.
Warranty
UltimateSensor Mini v1 has a two-year warranty from the date of purchase. Keep your proof of purchase and report a fault through the support portal first, so we can investigate it and provide an appropriate solution.
You also have 14 days to change your mind after delivery. Register your return first through the support portal.
A replacement housing is available as a separate product if your housing has yellowed or is damaged.
Before Contacting Support
Please include:
- Order number
- Hardware version: UltimateSensor Mini v1
- Firmware variant: Basic or Complete, local or cloud
- Whether the issue is WiFi, sensor readings, voice assistant or local wake word
- A screenshot of the Home Assistant device page if possible
