The UltimateSensor Mini comes with a one-year warranty from the date of purchase. For warranty claims or technical support, please contact our customer service team at smarthomeshop.io/contact.
Warranty Exclusions
- Discoloration: The warranty does not cover discoloration or yellowing of the sensor casing due to exposure to direct sunlight or other environmental factors.
- Inaccurate Measurements: We are not responsible for incorrect sensor readings or inaccuracies that may arise due to external factors, sensor placement, or environmental conditions.
- Software Modifications: Any changes to the software by third parties that affect the functionality or performance of the UltimateSensor are not covered.
- Unpackaged and Installed Sensors: Sensors that have been unpacked and installed cannot be returned as they are custom assembled per order based on customer specifications.

- We are not responsible for any damage caused by improper installation or use of the device.
- Any defects caused by water exposure are not covered under warranty.
