Warranty Coverage

The P1SplitterKit comes with a 2-year warranty. Keep your proof of purchase and report a fault through our support portal, and we will find a suitable solution together. You also have 14 days to change your mind after receiving your order.

What's Covered

  • Manufacturing defects
  • Hardware component failures under normal use
  • Non-functional units on arrival (DOA)

What's Not Covered

  • Physical damage from drops, impacts, or mishandling
  • Water or moisture damage
  • Damage from improper installation
  • Damage from incorrect power supply (wrong voltage)
  • Damage from cable strain or port abuse
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Cosmetic damage that doesn't affect functionality
  • Yellowing or discoloration of the housing over time

Handcrafted Quality

Every P1SplitterKit is carefully assembled and tested:

  • 3D-printed housing: Each enclosure is printed in-house
  • Hand-soldered: All components are manually soldered
  • Hand-tested: Every unit is individually tested before shipping
  • Hand-folded packaging: Even our product boxes are folded by hand
  • Dual quality control: Each unit passes inspection by two independent team members during assembly and before shipping

Protection Tips

  • Keep away from moisture and liquids
  • Avoid direct sunlight and heat sources
  • Don't expose to extreme temperatures
  • Install in a well-ventilated area

Environment

The device is suitable for:

  • Meter cabinets
  • Utility rooms
  • Indoor technical spaces

Not suitable for:

  • Outdoor installation
  • Humid environments
  • Areas with condensation risk

Replacement Parts

RJ12 Cables

Standard RJ12 6P6C cables can be purchased from:

  • Electronics stores
  • Online retailers

Complete Replacement

If your P1SplitterKit is out of warranty and needs replacement, a new unit can be ordered from our webshop.
