Dashboard and Measurement History
The dashboard answers two questions first: are the devices online, and what are they measuring now? Detailed pages then provide history for diagnosis and comparison.
Dashboard
The dashboard is the Home item in the menu. Device cards use product-specific measurements. Examples include electricity and gas, water flow, temperature, humidity, CO2 and presence. A waiting state means that the device is linked but has not yet supplied a usable reading.
With two or more locations, Home shows a card per location with its online devices. The Devices page has a location filter, and the location name is shown with the device so similar room names can be distinguished.
Live and Historical Data
Open a device to inspect its available ranges. Every device has the sections Overview, Trends, Compare and Alert rules. The App can provide:
- live or most recent measurements;
- hourly and daily graphs;
- monthly and yearly summaries;
- comparison and trend views;
- CSV export from Plus and JSON export through the Cloud API from Pro.
The current retention period is 12 months for every plan. Export important data before it leaves the retention window.
Exporting Data
From Plus you can export the data of a device as CSV. Open the device and choose History; on a phone choose History and export in the ⋯ menu. Choose the period, then Export CSV:
- Per day: the figures for each day of the period.
- Per hour: the figures for each hour of the period.
- All readings (last 14 days): every single reading. Single readings are removed after 14 days; the hourly and daily figures stay.
UltimateSensor and CeilSense exports also contain the air quality values.
Reading Graphs Correctly
Gaps can be caused by power loss, network interruption, firmware updates or delayed cloud delivery. A straight line may represent an unchanged value, not continuous communication. Always check the last update timestamp before drawing conclusions.
Calculated totals and averages use the readings that were actually received. They are useful for monitoring, but they do not replace a certified utility meter, indoor-air inspection or billing statement.
Product Differences
Not every device exposes every measurement. For example, CO2 appears only on hardware with a CO2 sensor, and tariff costs require both suitable energy readings and a configured contract. Consult the relevant product manual for sensor definitions and calibration.
